Valid from 1/6/2026
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "OP") govern the contractual relationship between the operator of the ZUUNO service (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") and the customer when booking and renting a delivery vehicle via the zuuno.co web application.
The operator is a natural or legal person operating the ZUUNO service based in the Czech Republic. Contact: hello@zuuno.co, phone +420 721 930 256.
The customer reserves the vehicle via the online form at zuuno.co. The reservation is created the moment the form is sent and becomes binding after successful payment. If the payment is not completed within 2 hours of the reservation being made, the reservation is automatically canceled and the time slot becomes available.
The customer is obliged to provide correct contact information when booking. The operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel the reservation if it reasonably suspects misuse.
Rental prices are listed on the zuuno.co website and include VAT. Payment is made exclusively online through the Stripe payment gateway (credit/debit card). The customer is obliged to pay the rental price and a deposit in the amount of CZK 5,000, which serves as cover for possible damages.
Valid price list tariffs:
A deposit of CZK 5,000 is part of the payment at the time of reservation and serves as a deposit. After the proper return of the vehicle without defects, the deposit will be returned to the customer's bank account within 14 working days. In case of damage to the vehicle or other violation of the rental conditions, the deposit can be used to cover the incurred costs, even partially.
After successful payment, the customer will receive a PIN code for the box with the vehicle key and the exact address of the collection point by e-mail. The PIN code is valid for the given reservation and must not be shared with third parties.
The customer is obliged to check the condition of the vehicle before departure. Any defects or damage must be reported to the operator immediately.
The vehicle must be returned to the original pick-up location no later than the agreed time. The return consists of parking the vehicle, locking it and returning the key back to the box. The customer may not return the vehicle to another location without prior agreement with the operator.
Delay in returning the vehicle is charged at the rate of CZK 290 for each hour started beyond the agreed deadline. The operator is entitled to deduct the delay from the deposit.
The customer can cancel the reservation by sending an e-mail to hello@zuuno.co. Cancellation fees:
The deposit is returned in full regardless of the time of cancellation (provided that there was no damage to the vehicle).
The customer is responsible for damages incurred to the vehicle or its equipment during the rental period, up to the amount of the deposit. For damages exceeding the deposit, the customer bears full responsibility according to the applicable legislation.
The customer is also responsible for traffic violations, fines and other sanctions incurred during the rental period and is obliged to pay them without undue delay.
The operator is not responsible for damages caused to the customer or third parties as a result of using the vehicle. The operator is not responsible for late pick-up caused by a technical failure of the box or vehicle beyond its reasonable control — in such a case, it will offer the customer a reasonable remedy (discount or change of date).
Submit all complaints in writing to hello@zuuno.co within 48 hours of returning the vehicle. The operator will assess the claim and notify the customer within 14 working days.
These OPs and all contractual relationships are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved preferentially amicably; if no agreement is reached, the competent court is determined according to the seat of the operator.
The operator reserves the right to change these OPs at any time. The current wording is always available at zuuno.co/terms. Bookings made before the change are subject to the terms in force at the time of booking.
